UTC AEROSPACE SYSTEMS (UTAS) is one of the world’s largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defense products. In 2012 UTAS was formed by combining two industry leaders, Hamilton Sundstrand and Goodrich, creating an organization with key positions on a wide range of aircrafts. We provide integrated solutions for commercial, regional, business and military aircrafts, helicopters and other platforms. 
GOODRICH AEROSTRUCTURES SERVICE (CHINA) CO., LTD (hereunder as GASCH), belonging to UTC Aerospace Systems, was registered in Tianjin Airport Economic Area in June 2008 with a registered capital of USD14.7million (about CNY92.61million). Our main business is to provide MRO service to repair or overhaul Nacelle unit, such as Inlet, Trust Reverser, Nozzle, etc. 
GOODRICH AEROSPACE TECHNOLOGIES (TIANJIN) CO., LTD (hereunder as GATT), located in Tianjin Airport Comprehensive Bonded Area, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goodrich Corporation. GATT is building a state-of-the-art advanced aerospace composites bonding and assembly facility. We will ramp up to over 200 employees over the next three years, and be in full production starting in 2013. 古德里奇航空技术（天津）有限公司（简称GATT），位于天津空港综合保税区，是古德里奇公司的独资子公司。GATT正在筹建具有世界领先技术的航空复合材料装配工厂。公司将在未来三年内发展到超过200名员工的规模，并在2013年开始全面投产。目前我们在积极吸纳工程、生产、质量、财务和IT方面的人才，以便支持全球客户包括波音，空中客车，巴西航空和三菱飞机。
