一、毓秀青年学者计划（博士后）
I. Yuxiu Young Scholars Program（Postdoctoral Researchers）
南京大学“毓秀青年学者计划”旨在通过对学术交叉类或原创研究类博士后资助，全力培养和打造与世界接轨、能承担大任的跨学科型、前沿型的优秀人才，3年一个聘期，可以续一个聘期。对于工作杰出的毓秀青年学者，学校择优选聘作为师资进入准聘长聘系列岗位。
The "Yuxiu Young Scholars Program" of Nanjing University aims to train and create outstanding talents working in interdisciplinary fields and original research, who can meet the world’s needs and take on great responsibilities through the support of Yuxiu Scholars Fund. The term of employment is 3 years. And the employment contract can be renewed for another term. The university shall select the most outstanding Yuxiu Young Scholars to take part in its tenure-track system. 

资助标准：薪酬24~60万元/年，由“基本年薪+激励年薪”构成。基本年薪24~30万元/年由学校全额出资，激励年薪由合作导师和学校按1:1比例配套承担。总薪酬最高可至60万元/年。基本科研启动费5万元/人，可申报校内竞争性科研项目经费资助10~30万元。
The standard of remuneration is RMB 240,000-600,000 YUAN per year. The remuneration includes a basic annual salary and an incentive annual salary. The basic annual salary shall be fully funded by the university. The incentive annual salary shall be jointly borne by the cooperative supervisor and the university at a ratio of 1:1. The total salary can be as high as RMB 600,000 YUAN per year. Eligible candidates would be given a basic research start-up fund of RMB 50,000 YUAN per person. And the individuals can apply for the university’s competitive research project funding of RMB 100,000-300,000 YUAN.

二、博士后国际交流计划引进项目（简称“引进项目”）
II. International Postdoctoral Exchange Fellowship Program (Talent-Introduction Program)
中国博士后管委会的博士后国际交流计划“引进项目”是国家旨在资助优秀的外籍（境外）和留学博士来华（回国）在国内博士后设站单位从事博士后研究工作，为期2年。申请人博士毕业学校应为世界排名前100名的高校，或者博士学位所属学科排名全球前100名。对“一带一路”沿线国家的申请人，条件可放宽至博士毕业学校为本国排名前3名的高校。自2020年起，国家试点对世界排名前30名的高校的留学回国和外籍拟进站人员，采取“个人申请、单位推荐、先到先得、直接资助”的遴选方式（全国资助100人）。
International Postdoctoral Exchange Fellowship Program (Talent-Introduction Program) of the Office of China Postdoc Council (OCPC) is targeted at excellent international young scientists holding a PhD degree (including those Chinese based in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of China, as well as young Chinese received a PhD degree abroad and not yet returned to China by the time of application) pursuing postdoctoral research in a Chinese institution. The successful candidates would be funded for two years. The applicants shall have obtained their doctoral degrees from a university in the Global Top 100 University List; or the research discipline in the department/faculty for PhD degree is ranked in the Top 100 discipline list. For applicants from countries located along the "One Belt and One Road"region, the applicants shall have graduated with doctoral degrees from the top 3 universities of their country. Since 2020, the OCPC has adopted the selection criteria of "individual application, the host institutes recommendation, apply first decide first, direct funding" for the doctoral graduates from the Top 30 universities in the world（This year, The OCPC plans to subsidize 100 people）.

资助标准：国家资助每人每年20万元人民币作为日常经费，南京大学配套薪酬10万元/年，总计薪酬30万元/年（两年）。
Funding standards: The successful candidates would be co-funded for two years, by the OCPC and Nanjing University: an allowances of RMB 200,000 YUAN each year shall be provided by OCPC and another RMB 100,000 YUAN per year by Nanjing University. The total salary can be as high as RMB 300,000 YUAN per year.

三、博士后创新人才支持计划（简称“博新计划”）

中国博士后管委会的“博新计划”结合国家实验室等重点科研基地，瞄准国家重大战略、战略性高新技术和基础科学前沿领域，全国范围内遴选400名应届或新近毕业的优秀博士，进入国内博士后设站单位从事博士后研究工作，为期2年。
National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talent of the Office of China Postdoc Council (OCPC) combined with national laboratories and other key scientific research bases focuses on national strategic fields including advanced or fundamental science and technology. 400 newly graduated individuals shall be selected to do postdoctoral research in a Chinese institution for two years.

资助标准：国家资助63万元，其中40万元为博士后日常经费，20万元为博士后科学基金，3万元为国际交流经费。南京大学配套薪酬10万元/年，总计薪酬30万元/年（两年）。
Funding standards: The successful candidates would be co-funded for two years, by the OCPC and Nanjing University: an allowances of 630,000 RMB (Including RMB 400,000 YUAN routine funds, RMB 200,000 YUAN post-doctoral funds and RMB 30,000 YUAN International exchange funds) shall be provided by OCPC and another 100,000 RMB per year by Nanjing University. The total salary can be as high as RMB 300,000 YUAN per year.
