Introduction of the Qujiang Scholars Forum
陕西师范大学将于2020年4月12日至14日举办第六届“曲江学者论坛”，诚邀海内外优秀学者参加。
The 6th Shaanxi Normal University Qujiang Scholars Forum will be hosted by Shaanxi Normal University from Apr. 12th to 14th, 2020. Excellent scholars all over the world are welcome to attend the forum.
“曲江学者论坛”是陕西师范大学主办的人才引进主要平台之一，旨在邀请有志来陕西师范大学工作的海内外优秀学者，就世界科技、经济、教育、文化前沿和热点研究问题进行学术讨论和交流，以促进学科交叉与学术创新，增进学术合作与相互信任，加深与会学者对陕西师范大学的全面了解，促成海内外优秀学者加盟陕西师范大学。
The Qujiang Scholars Forum is one of the main platforms hosted by Shaanxi Normal University in order to attract talents. It aims to invite excellent talents who are interested in working in Shaanxi Normal University to participate and launch academic communication in fields of technology, economy, education, culture, and other areas. Through the forum, we’d like to promote the interdisciplinary development and the academic creativity, increase the academic collaboration and trust, help the participants to comprehensively know of Shaanxi Normal University, and finally attract them to join Shaanxi Normal University.

（一）杰出人才Outstanding Talent
拥有良好的学术声誉和学术领导能力，已取得国际同行公认的标志性成果，近五年科研成果丰硕。
Candidates should have righteous academic reputation and high leadership. He/She is expected to have participated and delivered important contributions to scientific research (international) in recent 5 years. Candidates can assume the leading role in the field of his/her research and can be qualified to be listed in national top talents or scientific research programs.
聘用杰出人才（全职）具体待遇为：年薪标准不低于150万元（人民币，税前），提供校内220平方米左右集资住房一套（220平方米购房款由学校补贴）和安家费30万元。帮助组建团队并按实际需要提供科研启动费和实验室建设费。其中，科研启动费理工科中的实验学科不低于500万元，非实验学科不低于300万元；文科不低于200万元。实验室建设费理工科中的实验学科不低于2000万元，非实验学科不低于500万元；文科不低于200万元。在校内安排配偶工作（传统事业编制），按政策在附属幼儿园、小学、中学安排未成年子女、孙子女就读。
Candidates can be recruited as senior professors (full-time). SNNU provide a salary of 1,500,000 RMB per year (before tax) and provide an apartment(220m2)and housing allowance of 300,000 RMB.SNNU will help to organize a research team and provide start up fund according to actual needs (5,000,000 RMB and over research fund for those in experimental science and engineering disciplines, 3,000,000 RMB and over research fund for those in non-experimental science and engineering disciplines, 200,000 RMB and over research fund for those in social sciences and humanities disciplines. 20,000,000 RMB and over laboratory construction fund for those in experimental science and engineering disciplines, 5,000,000 RMB and over laboratory construction fund for those in non-experimental science and engineering disciplines, 200,000 RMB and over laboratory construction fund for those in social sciences and humanities disciplines). （二）领军人才Leading Talent
原则上年龄不超过55周岁。拥有良好的学术声誉和学术领导能力，已取得国内同行公认的标志性成果，近五年科研成果丰富，来校后能担任本学科带头人。
Candidates should preferably be under the age of 55 with righteous academic reputation and high leadership, having participated and delivered important contributions to scientific research (international) in recent 5 years. Candidates can assume the leading role in his/her discipline research area.
聘用领军人才（全职）具体待遇为：年薪标准不低于80万元（人民币，税前，不含政府奖金），其中入选国家人才计划会评者年薪标准不低于45万元（税前），提供校内180平方米左右集资住房一套（180平方米购房款由学校补贴），帮助组建团队并按实际需要提供科研启动费和实验室建设费。科研启动费理工科中的实验学科不低于200万元，非实验学科不低于100万元，文科不低于50万元。实验室建设费理工科中的实验学科不低于500万元，非实验学科不低于200万元，文科不低于50万元。实验室建设费固化比例理工科中的实验学科原则上70%，非实验学科原则上50%，文科原则上30%。在校内安排配偶工作（人事代理），按政策在附属幼儿园、小学、中学安排未成年子女、孙子女就读。

（三）学科带头人 Discipline Leader
原则上年龄不超过45周岁。担任高水平大学教授（海外应聘者可为副教授）或其他相应职务，学术造诣深，在科学研究方面取得重要成果，具有较强的团队领导能力，来校后能担任本学科或方向带头人。
Candidates should preferably be professor or other corresponding positions(overseas candidates can be associate professor)under the age of 45 with righteous academic reputation and high leadership, having participated and delivered important contributions to scientific research (international). Candidates can assume the leading role in his/her discipline research area.
聘用学科带头人（全职）具体待遇为：年薪标准不低于25万元（人民币，税前，不含政府奖金），提供校内160平方米左右集资住房一套（160平方米购房款60%由学校补贴），帮助组建团队，合并提供科研启动经费和实验室建设费，其中，理工科中的实验学科不低于200万元，非实验学科不低于100万元，文科不低于50万元。实验室建设费固化比例理工科中的实验学科原则上70%，非实验学科原则上50%，文科原则上30%。按政策在附属幼儿园、小学、中学安排未成年子女就读。

（四）青年拔尖人才Outstanding Young Talent
原则上年龄不超过40周岁，在知名大学取得博士学位，在本领域已取得原创性科研成果且具有显著的发展潜力。
Candidates should preferably be under the age of 40 with doctoral degree in prestigious universities, have achieved original scientific research results and have great potential for development.
聘用青年拔尖人才具体待遇为：合并提供科研启动经费和实验室建设费，其中，理工科中的实验学科不低于200万元，非实验学科不低于100万元，文科不低于50万元。实验室建设费固化比例理工科中的实验学科原则上70%，非实验学科原则上50%，文科原则上30%。按政策在附属幼儿园、小学、中学安排未成年子女就读。其中：
1.聘用到A1岗的人才：实行年薪制，标准不低于45万元（税前，不含政府奖金），其中入国家人才计划会评者不低于35万元（税前），提供180平方米左右的校内集资住房一套，160平方米购房款的60%由学校补贴，同时提供安家费20万元，并在校内安排配偶工作（人事代理）。
2.聘用到A2岗的人才：实行岗位工资+特聘岗位津贴制，特聘岗位津贴标准12万元/年（税前，不含政府奖金），提供140平方米左右的校内集资住房一套，120平方米购房款的40%由学校补贴，同时提供安家费6万元。

Also, SNNU will arrange a job for his/her spouse.
Position for A2: SNNU provide a salary of 120,000 RMB per year (before tax, excluding government funds), and provide an apartment(140m2, housing payment is borne by SNNU for 40% of 120 m2) and housing allowance of 60,000 RMB.

Applicants should send their own resumes to the official high-level talents recruiting email of the Shaanxi Normal University (rencaicv@snnu.edu.cn). 4月13日下午—4月14日上午：赴各教学科研单位交流，做学术报告，与教学科研单位领导和教师代表座谈、参观实验室。
From the afternoon of Apr.13th to the morning of Apr.14th: Visiting teaching and academic departments, giving an academic presentation, communicating with the leaders and teachers and visiting laboratories.
4月14日下午：论坛结束，离会。
On the afternoon of Apr. 14th: End of the forum.

Transportation and Accommodation
本论坛不收取注册费用，学校为参会学者报销往返国际机票和国内旅费（请使用人民币购买），并统一安排会议期间的免费食宿和机场、火车站接送。
We do not charge any registration fees. Besides, we will cover the round-trip international and domestic travel fees (please use RMB), provide free meals and accommodations during the forum, and pick-up services at the airport and train station.

Introduction of SNNU
陕西师范大学始建于1944年，是一所办学历史悠久、学科门类齐全、社会声誉卓著的教育部直属、世界一流学科建设大学。学校位于世界四大历史文化名城之一的古都西安，占地面积2800亩，建有长安、雁塔两个校区。长安校区现代开放、气势恢宏，雁塔校区古朴典雅、钟灵毓秀。学校设有教学实验性质的附中、附小、幼儿园，教学质量优秀。

Shaanxi Normal University (SNNU), known as the “Cradle of Teachers” in Northwest China, is a key university under the construction plan of China’s national “211 Project", and a university under China’s Innovation Platform Construction Plan of the“985” Superior Discipline of Teacher Education. Founded in 1944 under its original name "Shaanxi Provincial Teachers’ College" and located in internationally renowned historical city Xi’an, and then renamed "Xi’an Teachers’ College" in 1954. In 1960, it merged with "Shaanxi Teachers’ College" to become "Shaanxi Normal University". In 1978, it was brought under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education of China. Xi’an is the capital city of Shaanxi Province, which is not only a historical and culture city, but also a trendy city permeated with modern tempo. It is one of the three international metropolises and the 9th Regional Central City of China designated by China's central government. It has earned the honorary titles of National Sanitary City, National Garden City, China City with Best Images, China City with Best International Images, and China's Civilized City. Remarkably, it has been named China Happiest City six years in a row. Since ancient times, Xi’an has been a vital communication center.
