This is a full-time position. Restaurant/management working experience will be preferred but not necessary. 1. Maintains customer-service satisfaction, including solving daily problems, bringing new customers and retaining regular customers. 
2. Achieves daily restaurant operation objectives, including scheduling and contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. 
3. Generates and analyze all required paper works and reports. 
4. Communicates efficiently with employees and guests. 
5. Meets restaurant financial objectives, including analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
6. Controls restaurant food costs and ensures high quality of foods. 
7. Accomplishes basic HR objectives, including recruitment and training of staffs. 
8. Builds and promotes teamwork through proactive interaction.
9. Avoids legal challenges by conforming to the regulations of the alcoholic beverage commission.
