“效法羲和，志在长空”，2018年5月，南京航空航天大学第二届“长空学者”计划国际青年科学家高峰论坛在宁召开，诚邀海内外英才参加。
一、论坛简介
为了给各学科领域的海内外优秀青年科学家搭建高水平的学术交流平台，并延揽海外优秀留学人才，我校将于2018年5月5日-5月7日召开第二届“长空学者”计划国际青年科学家高峰论坛。诚邀海内外优秀青年学者走进南航、了解南航、探讨学术、增进合作。
二、申请条件
申请者需满足以下条件：
1. 年龄一般不超过40周岁；在国内外知名大学获得博士学位。
2. 目前在海外知名高校、科研机构、知名企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位，或在海外从事博士后研究的科研人员；或学术成绩特别突出的海外知名高校在读博士生；或国内学术成就突出、具有较大发展潜力的优秀青年学者。

五、支持举措
1. 论坛举办期间提供受邀学者的食宿。
2. 报销往返于南京至现就职或求学单位的交通费用（应符合国家、学校相关财务政策，飞机经济舱、火车二等座等实报实销）。
3. 安排校园参观、交流座谈等，并在申请者中评审选拔优秀学者作为南航“长空学者”计划候选人（相关政策请见南航人事处网站

六、报名方式
1. 申请人请在4月18日前向我校相关学院提出申请并将报名回执（见附件1）和本人简历等材料通过电子邮件发送至学院联系人邮箱（见附表），邮件标题命名为“姓名 -青年科学家论坛报名”。
2. 学校和学院根据学科发展的实际需要、秉着择优原则进行审核，并最终确认邀请名单，4月20日前学校将邀请信发送至申请人本人。

In May 2018, the second “International Youth Scientist Forum” of Changkong Scholars Program will be held in Nanjing. We sincerely invite your participation in this important academic event.
1.Forum Description
In order to provide a wide communicative platform for talented youth scientists from different disciplines, and also to recruit overseas outstanding talents, NUAA will host the second “International Youth Scientist Forum” of Changkong Scholars Program from 5 May-7 May, 2018 in Nanjing. We sincerely invite your participation for academic discussion and cooperation.
2.Qualifications for Applicants
1)Obtaining PhD in domestic or overseas well-known universities or research institutions, generally at the age of not exceeding 40;
2)Currently having formal teaching or research positions at either domestic or overseas well-known universities, research institutions or research & development departments; or engaging post-doctoral research abroad; or PhD candidates with outstanding academic achievements in overseas well-known universities; or domestic youth scholars with outstanding academic achievements and great potential development.
3.Scope of Subjects

5.Support
1) Board and lodging will be provided for invited scholars;
2) Traveling expenses can be reimbursed on handing in the tickets between Nanjing and current work/study unit (in accordance with national and school related financial policy, and economy class tickets are on actual reimbursement basis)
3) Arranging campus visit and informal discussion; selecting outstanding applicants as candidates for NUAA “Changkong Scholars Program” (please see
