Note 1: Candidates shall have a doctorate, strong development potential, innovative conceptions and strategic thoughts on relevant discipline construction, the ability to maintain and surpass international advanced level in the frontiers of relevant discipline, as well as a strong sense of responsibility. Priority will be given to any applicant who obtains a formal teaching position in a foreign university or institute.
Note 2: Have ability to apply for national high-level talent programs in employment term.
Note 3: We will provide recruits with competitive scientific research initial funds (negotiable), support recruits to build a corresponding scientific research team, and provide good working conditions (including laboratories and offices). In addition, recruits may use experimental facilities of large instruments and equipment sharing platform of Tongji University. Housing allowance is included in remuneration rather than rewards of high-level scientific research achievements.
Note 4: Recruits shall work full time in sound body and mind.
II. How to apply:

The academic committee of the Institute for Advanced Study will primarily select application materials, and organize the review by a third party. The candidates approved by the review will be invited to the university to participate in evaluation and employment defense, with round trip expenses and boarding fees paid by the university.
