Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of dealer performance under assigned geographical areas;
- As such, the Area Manager has a basic responsibility to ensure that dealers achieve the set objectives and standards;
- Compliance with BMW/JV operating standards in Sales, Parts, Service, Marketing, CI & Facilities, Training, Personnel and Dealer Systems;
- Responsible for the direct supervision of the Manager - Special Vehicles and cares for and advises dealers in all matters related to passenger car sales including implementation of dealer marketing activities.
- Co-ordinates the use of all specialists from BMW/JV and/or from the central technical After Sales divisions and is responsible for planning, achievement and supervision of measures to secure market.
Qualifications:
- Economic sciences or legal studies with economic sciences as subsidiary subject;
- At least 5 years Auto sales experience in a multinational environment;
- Extensive experience in the areas of Business Administration;
- Capital expenditure accounting and analysis;
- English fluently (written and spoken);
- Extensive knowledge of market and service structure in the Chinese vehicle environment;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player. |
