Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager for Training Academy Projects:
A. Do preliminary work to prepare Business Cases, room books and facility requirements documents;
B. Prepare presentations and calculations;
C. Arrange appointments and meetings with relevant parties;
D. close intradepartmental working (e.g. BBA legal department, BMW Real Estate and Facility Management)
- attend the Manager for Training Academy Projects on site search and site visits.
Qualifications:
-University degree;
-At least two years of relative working experience, preferable in automotive industry;
- Project Management or Real Estate and Facility Management would be a plus;
- Fluent in English both oral & written, German would be an advantage;
- Good computers skills with MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
- Excellent communications skills;
- Team player.
