职位描述:
Responsibilities:
- Direct customer contact and acquisition in order to increase the sales volumes;
- Preparation and submission of specific tender responses;
- Close cooperation with the BMW dealer network for a professional care and support of existing customer relationships and for new customer acquisition processes;
- Support and coach the BMW dealer to develop own action plans, including short- and midterm ambitious targets;
- Maintain and coordinate the dealer demonstration fleet nationally;
- Key Accounts visit;
- Propose and use demonstration fleet to maximize usage to dealer network, hence offsetting cost of program;
- Direct negotiation and conclusion of supply contracts;
- Work closely with the dealers to develop Key Account Sales possibility & capability through the evaluation of the market, identification of priority opportunities, sales prospect management and customer visits;
- Administrate the acquisitions on fleet in line with the company policy;
- Maintain and coordinate the dealer demonstration fleet nationally.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree;
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry;
- Management skills;
- Negotiating skills;
- Fluent in English both oral & written;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good computer skill with MS Office;
- Strong personality.
