Dept.: Legal/法务部


Location: Beijing 

Responsibilities:


Manage complaint/litigation cases;

Attend negotiations and conduct legal support work;

Engage in legal research on relevant matters;

Give preliminary oral or written replies on legal issues raised by various departments;

Prepare or review drafts, translations and amendments of contracts, agreements and other legal documents of the company;

Liaise with outsourced law firm(s) in respects of licenses/permits registration/renewal, investigation and litigation;

Coordinate with relevant departments and report to the Senior Manager of Legal Dept. on the current status of company legal risk management and make proposals;

Conduct legal trainings in connection with cases management;

Deal with other issues assigned by the Senior Manager of Legal Dept.
Qualifications: 


Master of Laws or equivalent;

Fluent in Chinese and English is a must;

Good computer skills with MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel;

At least three years job experience in a multinational company as legal professional, preferably in manufacture industry with litigation experiences;

Lawer's license;

Knowledge of Automotive industry;

Ability to work under high pressure and work load;

Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills;

Strong personality, team player.
