Responsibilities:


Be able to move project forward and manage the project well according the BMW standards;

Ensure the success of the BMW training conducted base on BMW required standard;

Project operation and management;

Responsible for Training Base coordination and administration;

In charge of Budget plan and control;

Facility, Tools & Cars management;

Training data management;

Cooperate with all team members for long & short term training course planning and strategy;

Be flexible to support the Training team to fulfill the target within the department.
Qualifications:


University degree with major in one of the followings preferred: automotive engineering, business management, economics or economic engineering;

At least 5 years working experience on project management, training and education related functions, experience within automotive sector or automotive parts supplier or business solution and consulting enterprises would be a plus;

Proficiency in English (Oral & Written), German would be advantage;

Good computer skills with MS Office tools;

Strong communication skills;

Able to work under time pressure.
