Responsibility:
Strategy align, design, plan, and deliver the dealer extranet based upon customers requirements from both BMW NSC/BBA;
Deliver and support DMS central server together with partner at modular solutions to enable more functionality;
ttend customer project and service reviews and workshops;
Cooperate with other team to ensure the correct solution includes hardware software and services in place to deliver the correct level of availability and performance;
Monitor System growth for capacity planning, performance and daily operation;
Be able to guard partner daily operation in line with planned direction, monitor and maintain DMS infrastructure to ensure high availability of designated systems;
Support the development of Service Level Agreements with clients;
Deliver specified levels of service;
Use the relevant IT processes as defined within ITPM;
Deliver stable systems through the use of predictive growth and maintenance techniques;
Provide operational support on a daily basis;
Use specific tools to perform Administration tasks e.g. User Maintenance, backup;
Identify and resolve problems through use of technical tools and application of skills and experience;
Document update to ensure all live documents up to date;
Delivery training courses as required.
Qualification:
University degree in Information Technology or equivalent;
Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferable in auto industry;
Network knowledge include hardware and relevant protocol;
Be familiar with UNIX platform and OS technology, especially at IBM AIX area;
Project Management Experience;
Good Database experience in all area;
Kerrdge/Autoline knowledge will be an advantage;
Fluent in English both oral & written;
Strong Customer Focus;
Excellent communication skills;
Team player.
