Responsibilities:
- Identify, implement and support potential solutions for Web technologies, based upon customer driven requirements.
- Attend customer project and service reviews and workshops.
- Deliver stable systems through the use of predictive growth and maintenance techniques.
- Provide operational support on a daily basis, with skills such as Java, JavaScript, ASP, and ASP.NET.
- Identify and resolve problems through use of technical tools, skills and experience.
- Specify, procure and manage external support contracts for Web service related hardware and software.
- Provide specified levels of service.
- Delivery problem resolution and document problems and status's via management tool.
- Conduct customer project and service reviews and workshops.
- Delivery training courses as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in information science or related field.
- Over 3 years work on planning, design, deployment and maintenance for Web services.
- Experience on Web development/deployment such as Java, Visual Basic .NET, Visual C++, and ASP.NET
- Fluent in English spoken and written.
