Responsibility:

- Conduct Body Training for Body repair staff of Aftersales;

- Plan and coordinate of the Body and Paint training internally and externally;

- Adapt and Develop the training course base on the training requirement;

- Support the training conducted by internal and external trainer in term of preparation and translation;

- Support the team to fulfill the technical training target and working as team.

 

Qualification:

- University degree, automotive or Body repair related education;

- At least 5 years Body repair background, experience in training;

- Fluent in English both oral & written, German would be an advantage;

- Good computer skills with MS. Office;

- Open minded and willing to improve;

- Sharing experience and ideas.
