主要研究方向
葡萄基因组学及信息生物学，对生产与抗性有关的重要基因进行功能验证，基因定位及作图，通过基因定位进行基因克隆, 用分子标记技术进行品种鉴定。用胚挽救技术进行葡萄无核育种，用组织培养手段进行体胚诱导及转基因；开展葡萄抗病育种，植物与病菌的相互关系及抗病机理的研究。同时从事葡萄栽培及红葡萄酒发酵过程中色素的稳定性研究。其他研究领域包括葡萄与其它小果及其加工产品的营养与人体保健，植物种质资源的收集、保存和鉴定，以及植物种质库的建立。
