Fulham’s product failure rate is among the lowest in the industry— because our rigorous Quality Control program ranks among the highest in the industry.
Our sales/service excellence is due to our over 700 employees, stationed around the globe in facilities in North America. The managers we employ come from some of the most well known lighting companies in the business, none of them with less than ten years experience in the trenches. They know every detail of every nook and cranny, from sales, to PR to production to finance. They keep us on our toes and ready to continue to evolve into the biggest little ballast company in the world.
In 2006 and 2007 we plan to open new offices in Europe, South America, Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Asia. Currently we are opening our Shanghai office, located in Caohejing Economics& Technology Development Area.
